Who comes to your home

Every caretaker on Aish Health is reviewed and approved by the Aish team before they can accept a booking. A caretaker whose documents are incomplete cannot go live. Qualifications and experience differ from person to person, so we do not make a blanket claim about them. Once a caretaker accepts, you can see who is coming and call them first.

How long is a visit?

You can book 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours, depending on the option. The price for each length is shown when you choose it.

How soon can a caretaker come?

It depends on who is free near you. Slots start from 30 minutes ahead, and the booking section shows the earliest slot a caretaker can take at your pin code before you pay.

Can I ask for a female or male caretaker?

Yes. Choose a preference when you pick the slot. It is on request and subject to who is free at your pin code.

What if I need to cancel?

You get a full refund if you cancel before a caretaker accepts, or more than 1 hour before an accepted slot. Cancelling within 1 hour of an accepted slot is not refunded.

Who is the caretaker who comes to my home?

Every caretaker is reviewed and approved by the Aish team before they can take a booking, which covers their Aadhaar identity document, qualification, certificates and experience certificates. Once they accept, you see their name and phone number on your booking.
