Not for emergencies.
If you or someone with you has a medical emergency, call 112 or an ambulance on 108, or go to the nearest hospital. Do not use the Platform to seek emergency help.
1. No medical advice from the Platform
Information on the Aish Health website and app, including articles, test and medicine descriptions and service pages, is for general information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always speak to a qualified doctor about your health, and never ignore or delay medical advice because of something you read on the Platform.
2. Independent professionals
Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, caretakers, phlebotomists, laboratories, diagnostic centres, pharmacies and equipment suppliers on the Platform are independent professionals and businesses. Clinical decisions, including diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment, are made by the professional you consult, who is responsible for them. Aishwarya Medcorp Private Limited facilitates bookings and payments and does not practise medicine.
3. Medicines
Prescription medicines are dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies only against a valid prescription. Medicine information on the Platform is not a recommendation to take any medicine and does not say that one brand can replace another. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any medicine.
4. Lab tests and reports
Test results should be read by a qualified doctor in the context of your symptoms and history. Reference ranges vary between laboratories.
5. Accuracy
We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every description, price or availability shown is complete or error-free at all times.
