Aish Health delivers medicines in Hyderabad from local pharmacies. Add prescription or over-the-counter medicines to your cart, upload a prescription where one is needed, and pay online; a pharmacy that serves your pin code accepts the order, checks the prescription, packs it and delivers it to your door.
There is no delivery charge. For medicines that need a prescription the order cannot go through without one, and the pharmacy can reject an order if the prescription does not cover what was ordered, which is exactly the check a good pharmacist at the counter would make.

The pharmacy section covers two kinds of products, and the rules differ between them.
Medicines
Searched by name or brand. Items marked “Prescription needed” need your doctor’s prescription, uploaded at checkout; the pharmacy checks it before packing.
OTC & wellness
Over-the-counter (OTC) products such as vitamins, personal care, baby care and everyday health needs, browsed by category and ordered without a prescription.

Who fills your order
Orders are filled by pharmacies that have been reviewed and approved by the Aish team before they can accept orders. Each pharmacy delivers to a set list of pin codes, and the first approved pharmacy serving your pin code to accept your order fills and delivers it.
A pharmacy reads your prescription, not a warehouse, and it can reject the order if the prescription is missing, unclear or does not match the medicines. You can then upload a clearer or correct prescription.

Uploading a prescription that is accepted first time
Most rejected prescriptions are simply hard to read. A clear photo saves a round trip.
- Photograph the whole page in good light, including the doctor’s name, registration details, date and signature
- Make sure every medicine you ordered is on the prescription, with its strength
- Use a current prescription, because an old one may not cover a repeat supply
- Upload one prescription that covers the whole order, rather than several partial ones
If something goes wrong with an order
You can cancel an order any time before the pharmacy starts packing it, with a full refund. If the pharmacy rejects your prescription and a new one is not uploaded within 24 hours, the order is cancelled and refunded in full. If no pharmacy near you accepts the order within 30 minutes, it is cancelled and refunded automatically.
Refunds to your Aish Health wallet are immediate; refunds to a card or UPI take a few business days to reach your account.
Medicines alongside care at home
Medicine orders often follow a consultation. After a video or home visit from a doctor, the prescription is saved in your account, ready to upload with the medicine order. Injections and IV medicines delivered to the home can then be given by a nurse on a home visit, who will ask to see the same prescription.

Questions about ordering medicines
Do I need a prescription to order medicines online?
Only for prescription medicines. Orders containing them need a prescription uploaded with the order; over-the-counter products can be ordered without one.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. There is no delivery charge on pharmacy orders; the local pharmacy that accepts the order delivers it.
Can I pay cash on delivery for medicines?
No. Pharmacy orders are paid online when you place them, by card, UPI or your Aish Health wallet balance.
What happens if the pharmacy rejects my prescription?
You are asked to upload a new prescription. If one is not uploaded within 24 hours, the order is cancelled and fully refunded.
Can I cancel a medicine order?
Yes, until the pharmacy starts packing it, with a full refund. After packing has started the order can no longer be cancelled.
Is the price of a medicine the same everywhere in Hyderabad?
Yes. Medicine prices are set for the city rather than by each pharmacy, so an item costs the same whichever local pharmacy accepts and delivers your order.
Who delivers my medicines?
The pharmacy that accepts your order delivers it. You receive a code by SMS and give it at the door to confirm delivery.
What if no pharmacy accepts my order?
If no pharmacy serving your pin code accepts within 30 minutes, the order is cancelled and you get a full refund automatically.
