Equipment Rental Agreement

In short

Rentals run in 30-day months counted from the day the equipment is delivered, not the day you order. The minimum is one month, paid upfront.
The refundable deposit is held by Aish Health, not by the delivery partner, and is returned after the equipment is collected and checked.
If the equipment is still with you after the rental ends, a late fee of one thirtieth of the monthly rent per day applies. It stops the moment you request collection.
Damage beyond normal wear can only be raised at collection or within 24 hours after it. You see the amount and the photos, and you can accept or dispute it. Nothing is taken from your deposit while a claim is open.
You can never lose more than your deposit. Late fees and damage together are capped at the deposit.
You can extend in whole months while the rental is active. Extensions run from your current end date, so extending early does not lose paid days.

This agreement covers medical equipment rented through Aish Health. It is in

addition to our general Terms and Conditions, and applies each time you rent.

## 1. Rental period

Rentals run in months of 30 days, starting on the day the equipment is delivered to you — not the day you order.
The minimum rental is one month.
Rent for the period is paid in advance.

## 2. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected with your first payment. The amount is shown before you pay.
The deposit is held by Aish Health, not by the distributor.
It is returned to you after the equipment is collected and checked, less any amounts properly owed under sections 4 and 5.
Refunds go back the way you paid. Card and UPI payments return to the same card or account and typically take 5–7 working days.

## 3. Extending

You may extend at any time while the rental is active, in whole months, paid in advance.
Extensions run from your current end date, so extending early does not lose you days you have already paid for.

## 4. Returning late

If the equipment is still with you after your rental period ends, a late fee accrues at one thirtieth of the monthly rent per day.
The late fee stops the moment you request collection in the app — any delay after that in arranging pickup is not charged to you.
Late fees are deducted from your deposit.

## 5. Condition and damage

Please use the equipment as intended and keep it in reasonable condition. Normal wear and tear is expected and is not charged for.
The distributor photographs the equipment at delivery and again at collection.
If damage beyond normal wear is found, the distributor may raise a claim. You will be shown the amount and the photographs, and you can accept or dispute it in the app.
If you dispute it, Aish Health reviews the evidence from both sides and decides. No money is taken from your deposit while a claim is open.

## 6. Your maximum liability

You can never lose more than your deposit. If late fees and damage together

come to more than the deposit, we absorb the difference. We will not pursue you

for any amount beyond the deposit you paid.

## 7. Cancelling

You may cancel free of charge before the equipment is dispatched, and your rent and deposit are refunded in full.
Once the equipment is on its way to you, cancellation is not available. You may instead take delivery and request collection, which starts the return process.

## 8. Looking after the equipment

Do not modify, repair or sell the equipment. It remains the property of the distributor throughout.
Tell us promptly if it stops working. A fault that is not your doing is not charged to you and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Some equipment requires a valid prescription and will not be delivered without one.

## 9. Changes

We may update this agreement. The version you accept when you place a rental is

the version that governs that rental for its whole duration, including any

extensions.
